HHO PWM

HHO PWM (pulse width modulator) increases the efficiency of hydrogen production in electrolyzers & solves run away amperage, it installs between power source & HHO electrolyzer.

Manufacturers of alternator/generator recommend 50-75 potential rule. This means if your system total demand is 20-25 amp for vehicle system (lights, A/C, everything on, running), plus accessories-if it applies-know the amp draw, plus HHO electrolyzer 30 amp=55 amp draw. I personally use 100+ generator on my Pick up.

Diesels & large engines- I personally use 180-200 amp generator for the system, because maxing the system shortens & burns out alt/generator quickly.

When COLD, just add enough electrolyte to your generator to raise the amperage to the desired level (e.g. 22-30 amps depending on size of engine), then turn the AMP LIMIT adjustment back until the amp draw goes down very slightly. The unit is now set and will NEVER go above the set limit.

50/80 AMP constant current PWM

This circuit is ideal for deisel & carburated engines, often used with Modify O2 Sensor & MAP/MAF Sensor circuit >>>
or
Intended to compliment with Model #X2VF+hs >>>

50/80 AMP constant current PWM This unit is perfect for most HHO generators on the market. Capable of running at 50 continuous AMPs continuously and 80 peak AMPs (very short periods of time).

Say goodbye to run-away amp draw in your HHO system!

Retail: $195.00

100/150AMP constant current PWM

100/150AMP constant current PWM - Ideal for Diesel eng. application

Say Goodbye to "runaway" amperage forever!

Designed for HHO Generators, this PWM automatically adjusts itself to keep a constant AMP draw, whether the generator is hot, cold, or anywhere in between.

When COLD, just add enough electrolyte to your generator to raise the amperage to the desired level (e.g. 22-30 amps depending on size of engine, deisel eng. 50-100 amps), then turn the AMP LIMIT adjustment back until the amp draw goes down very slightly. The unit is now set and will NEVER go above the set limit.

You may also adjust the DUTY Cycle (ON/OFF time) with this unit. This pulses the current to the generator, using less electricity. Frequency is also adjustable from 1K to 10K hz.

Heat Sink and fan may vary slightly from that which is shown..

Automatically controls the AMP draw of (up to) a 16VDC system.

Rated at 100 continuous amps/150 peak amps.

Tested at 40 continuous amps for 72 hours.

Retail: $230.00

All-In-One (100 AMP continuous PWM + DUAL O2 +MAP + Timer)

All-In-One (100 AMP continuous PWM + DUAL O2 +MAP + Timer)

This is our brand new all in one unit. 100 AMP Continuous amp draw capability with controlled duty cycle, frequency and current limiting, for true set it and forget it operation.

Dual O2 enhancers and a MAP enhancer, to cover most vehicles on the market today.

This unit also includes a 0 to 4 minute delay-ON timer for those that need to delay the system start-up for engine diagnostic purposes.

Retail: $350.00

WARNING/Disclaimer: this device is intended for experienced installers and qualified auto mechanics only This device uses the electrolysis process to create Hydrogen gas. Hydrogen gas is EXTREMELY flammable. By purchasing this device, you agree to use or misuse the device at your own risk. Additionally, High amperage and water create an electrocution HAZARD. The electrolyte process (with ANY HHO generator) may create known and unknown chemicals and substances that are known to be caustic, toxic and or poisonous. You should always wear chemical and electrically insulated gloves when working with a HHO generator, the electrolyte and other components. It is probably illegal to dump the electrolyte in your locality as it is hazardous to the environment (treat it just as you would the electrolyte in your car battery - you wouldn't dump that in your kitchen sink would you?). Contact your local Hazardous waste handling facilities.
