I have used some of these tools to advance my timing additional 2 degrees for "Water Vapor Injection System" and modify or bypass the O2 sensor on EFI systems.

On Hydrogen injection 5%, I had to modify the O2 sensor & change my timing to 8 degrees BTDC. And modify the MAP sensor to improve my fuel milage.

Color Tune is a dummy spark plug that goes right into where your spark plug normally goes & allows you to see the color of burn in the cylinder. This allowed me to fine tune a carberator air-fuel mixture.
