Tuning EFI Enhancer, How To

This unit has been calibrated at the manufacturing site. Please keep the MAP side of the enhancer on, or below the pre-set position.

1.) On the bench crimp on male/female spade crimp plugs onto your EFI wire leads so that you can quickly connect/disconnect at will.

2.) Connect power to circuit, use alligator clip probes to O2 wires & multi-meter, if the read out reads –volts, reverse the probes. With a jewelers screw driver (fine) adjust o2 pot (o2A). Repeat the steps for second o2 pot (o2B).

The O2 side may be adjusted to suit your vehicle. For 1 and 3 wire sensors, a 0.15 volt difference between incoming and outgoing signals is usually perfect.

For 2 and 4 wire systems, 0.18 to 0.28 volts are needed (depending on vehicle).

Over-tuning of the unit without adequate supplemental fuel will result in excess heat and may damage your engine. Please follow these instructions.

The Enhancer is now set.

Install & plug in to your vehicle system, if you should need to re-adjust o2 settings? Just unplug o2 leads at spade connectors, use multi-meter & repeat tuning steps.

When the switch on the Enhancer is set to OFF, the vehicle runs without adjustment.
